These are the basic terms for using Matchcandence. They are a plain-language summary, not a substitute for full legal terms.

Using the service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the resumes and details you provide, because they are what gets sent to employers. Review the questions Matchcandence asks you to check before they are submitted.

No guarantee of outcomes

Job sites can block automation or change their forms, so an application may fail or need you to finish it yourself. Matchcandence shows you the status of each application, and does not promise an interview or a job. Recruiter rankings are decision support, not a hiring decision.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in naira through Paystack, and you can cancel from your billing page. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page. Launch price: if you subscribe during the launch offer, you keep that price for your first 12 months. After that, the standard price applies, and we'll always tell you at least 30 days before your price changes. Prices for new subscribers may change at any time.
